USAGE:
STEP 1: Preparation
- Cleanse the eyebrows effectively with our Refectocil Micellar Eye Make-up Remover. Eyebrows must be clean, oil-free and dry.
STEP 2: Mix & Apply
- Mix 2 cm paste + 20-25 drops Oxidant 3% cream. Mix at least 2 minutes until the paste becomes creamy. If it is not creamy enough, add some drops of Oxidant Cream.
- Afterwards apply to the eyebrows.
STEP 3: Application time
Application time: depending on the desired lightning effect: 5-20 minutes
- 5 minutes: one shade lighter
- 12 minutes: two shades lighter
- 20 minutes: three shades lighter
