ESSENTIAL OIL - LEMONGRASS OIL (CYMBOPOGON FLEXUOSUS)

Lemongrass is an essential oil from the grass family with a sharp lemon, grassy aroma. It is a natural mosquito repellent and deodoriser. Anecdotally used for anxiety, athlete’s foot, headaches, indigestion, muscle aches. Ideal for oily skin (back) and in muscular massage treatments. Analgesic, antiseptic and sedative. Blends well with lavender, citrus oils, rosemary and marjoram. Caution when using in body treatments: can cause sensitivity, grass oils can irritate. Not recommended for use on face.

HOW TO USE:
Add 8-10 drops in a vaporiser and fill it with water. Other methods of use: massage, bath and spa, inhalation and household cleaning.
Do not use on skin.
